SAJITA PAKALA
Head Tutor
Frannie graduated from the University of Houston with a degree in Marketing Communications and a minor in Business Administration.
Frannie has worked in many fields, ranging from Promotions of Film/Television, Dog Training, Comedy Clubs and more. However, she has found her happy place with the staff of Mr. Jan's. Her goal is to help the families and students that come to Mr. Jan's feel confident in their choice to use our services to help them reach their goals.
Sajita Pakala has been associated with the education industry for close to 15 years. Coming from a background in Electrical Engineering, she has always loved being in close proximity with complexity and computing of numbers. She taught math in India to undergrads preparing for MBA entrance exams and has more than 10 years of experience helping students prepare for the quantitative section of several national, state, and university level exams including the CAT, XAT, SNAP, SAT, GRE, GMAT, etc.
After moving to the US, Sajita spent some time working in the finance sector but now actively tutors students in math at elementary, middle school, and high school levels. Her passions include listening to music, dancing, drawing/ sketching, Sudoku, and watching movies.

Katy Director
Danny graduated from University of California Berkeley with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and minor in Mathematics.
After returning home to Texas, Danny decided to pursue a career he truly enjoyed...teaching! Joining the family business with his father and brothers. He combines his technical background with his familiarity in grade school and college admissions to provide a relatable experience with his students.
